Matsuura Aya cancels concerts due to ill health

Hello! Project's solo superstar Matsuura Aya was forced to cancel her two concerts in Kanagawa on the 9th after being stricken with pain in her jaw, which was diagnosed as a Temporomandibular joint disorder. Matsuura performed in Nagoya on the 6th and 7th, but was put under Doctors orders to not sing after receiving treatment to relieve the pain.
This condition affects the muscles in the joint connecting the lower jaw to the skull, and while it is currently unknown as to the severity of Matsuura's condition, it has been revealed that a previous concert was also been cancelled for the same reason. The status of her upcoming concerts in Tokyo at the end of the month is unknown.
