Biography

Danielle joined in 1999 as part of the Hawaiian group Coconuts Musume, and despite not being able to speak Japanese she made a big impression with her bubbly personality and powerful voice.

She left in 2001 to study music first in Los Angeles and then at the Conservatoire in England. Danielle married, and gave birth to her first child, a son, on August 6th 2008.

In May 2007, her new band "DELAUNAY" announced a promotional deal with www.netlive.ne.jp to feature videos, songs and updates about the band leading up to a Japanese tour. However, Danielle revealed that they had split up at the end of 2007, and she would be working on solo material while giving vocal lessons.

Since giving birth, Danielle and her family have left London and now live in Hawaii, on the island of Maui.
