Biography

Mika Todd joined the Hello! Project in 1999 as the youngest member of the Hawaiian group Coconuts Musume. With a Australian/American father and a Japanese mother, Mika is able to speak both languages fluently.

Her biggest success came when she was put into the "little girl" group Minmoni, which went on to top the charts. When Yaguchi Mari graduated from the group in 2003, Mika took over as leader.

Mika graduated from the Hello! Project in 2004 to study music in Los Angeles. She has since released a self-titled independent solo Jazz mini-album, which features covers, and an original song.
